All youth boys lacrosse players are invited to be a part of the ceremony, and can gain free admission by wearing their lacrosse jersey. Every fall, East's returning Varsity players participate in a two one day Tournaments in November and December. Be on the lookout for an email from the coaches with more information toward the end of August on training. This is optional, but encouraged for anyone who is not playing a fall sport.
Optional strength training sessions are offered in the fall and winter for any interested players, with winter speed training available as well. We’re able to provide these valuable opportunities thanks to the generous support of our sponsors.
Our first annual Alumni Game took place on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025. Enjoy photos from the event at the link below. Check back for more information on the 2026 Alumni Game, and be sure to follow us on our Alumni LinkedIn Group for updates.
Starting in January, the team gets together twice a week for footwork, conditioning, skills & drills. This off-season training is highly encouraged for anyone who is not playing a winter sport in order to start preparing for our spring season.
